      If permit plans are necessary, our Licensed Engineers will create custom, detailed drawings tailored to your state's local compliance requirements. This includes preliminary designs for your approval and the necessary stamps for local permit approval.
    3. Permitting Process - 3 to 4 Weeks

      We are here to assist if the installation team requests additional changes or has any questions about your project. Our team will guide you through any concerns and provide expert support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    4. Ordering - 2 to 3 Weeks

      Your building will be a custom kit, with materials ordered specifically based on your state engineer's specifications and building department approvals. Custom-built trusses and specialty lumber may require special handling or treatment.
    5. Delivery - 2 to 3 Weeks

      Your building’s materials will be delivered to the site and ready for construction. During the building process, we'll remain available to answer questions and provide support to your contractors and architects as needed.

Buildings over 40 feet in width or length are eligible for this kit program, though additional costs may apply due to the increased materials needed for structural support.
