If building permit plans are required, our Licensed Engineers will provide custom, detailed drawings tailored to your state's local compliance mandates. This will include preliminary designs to be vetted for your approval and stamped with local permit requirements. -
Permitting Process - 3 to 4 Weeks
If the professionals tasked with installing your building request additional changes or have questions about your project, we're here to help. Our team will walk you through any concerns and provide expert guidance throughout the process from start to finish. -
Ordering - 2 to 3 Weeks
Your building is a custom kit, with materials explicitly ordered according to your state engineer's specifications and building department approvals. Trusses are custom-built, and specific lumber may require special handling or treatment. -

The base price of our custom pole barn kits is determined by square footage. Based on the pole sizes and engineering used in our designs, our pricing model applies to buildings with a height of up to 14 feet. However, we can accommodate slightly taller buildings within the pricing range, but some may require additional engineering and costs to meet structural requirements, including regional snow and wind loads.
Buildings over 40 feet in width or length are eligible for this kit program, but additional costs may apply due to the increased material needed for structural support.
Please note that these prices do not include any optional interior or exterior add-ons.
